"This is a long overdue review--- I meant to write a review after Artur @ Planeta Works completed an amazing house renovation project for our townhouse. His team did the entire job--hardwood installation and refinishing, new carpet installation, interior painting, eletrical work with recessed light installation, light fixture updates, and bathroom and kitchen countertop and tile work. Artur is an honest, sincere, and detailed person and he is also an excellent communicator which is all the qualities that you look for from a professional and reliable contractor. All requested jobs turned out to be excellent, and they finished the project in a timely manner, as they promised. I appreciated Artur's attention to details and patience throughout the project. I would recommend him to anyone who is considering to do renovation projects for their house in Seattle and need someone that they can trust. Absolutely fantastic! "Prompt communication thru four full day work, very knowledgeable, and reasonable price. Work quality is good, but some areas look slightly uneven in the refinished area. The color seems noticeably lighter than the rest of kitchen cupboard and the mismatch is obvious. A couple things to note: 1) Some stain drops were splattered over the edge of every stair steps to the garage, when I tried to clean, it's got worse and left big stained areas. 2) For one day when we came back, one downstair toilet was plugged with poop and another one on second floor was with urine around. It was disgusting to clean up the toilets. On the second day, the master bedroom toilet was used despite the master room door was CLOSED and the toilet was left UNFLUSHED with poop. 3) On the final day he asked around $200 more than the estimate he had provided due to hardwood floor price change. He presented the invoice of the hardwood floor material purchased but I feel that he should have checked the price"

"Claudemir and his 3 sons were a lot of fun to have working in our house refurbishing our dining, living and entry way rooms, They installed new hardwood flooring in the entry way coat closet and replaced the closet door and trim. They refinished the dining and living room flooring (420 sqft) to match our hall hardwood flooring , They installed new dining and living room base boards, a new sliding hall pocket door, a new coat closet door, and new door trims. His subcontractor who repaired cracks and 50 years of damage to the walls and ceilings and then painted all the walls, doors and ceilings also did a fantastic job. I would rehire Rain City Flooring in an instant to do this type of work again."
