"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. I also had a vent cap missing that I had planned to attempt to replace myself, but he measured and sent pictures and I purchased the cap and Jamie screwed it on for me. "When TED first proposed the Job he went thru a verbal description explaining the work that needed to be done and I was impressed with his knowledge and insights. We did not haggle on price in that I had other estimates and wanted to give Ted the incentive to do the job right and in a timely manner. He met all those goals. While his scheduling could use a little help, he did our job in a reasonable timeframe. As a validation on the quality my neighbor saw what was done and immediately hired Ted to do their home which was the same color, etc. He is working on their house now."

"In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards. He watered down the paint and then proceeded to use one very thick coat instead of the two coats he promised. He ended up destroying our soffit and siding. "Reed does good work. Everything that he did was well done, and works great. However he is as slow as molasses. He drags everything out significantly longer than it needs to be. Originally everything was supposed to be done at the end of October, it didn't get done until the second week of December. Hire him if you have a lot of time on your hands, but if you want it done quickly, you either have to constantly be on him to get it done, or you may consider finding someone else."
