"Rogelio Hernandez did an excellent job by removing all of the damaged water proof surface on my balcony and replacing all of the damaged wood framing (due to water and termite damage). He gets my appreciation for his professionalism, ability to adapt to unexpected issues and good communication skills (he responded to a multitude of questions I asked and kept me well informed regarding the process). He was also willing and able to hire a sub to replace the surface waterproofing once the framing was complete. I am happy with the job he completed by repairing my balcony. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen."

We hired Clark to fix the problems that were caused by the other carpenter and he and his crew did all the work in a very reasonable time frame and for a very affordable cost. The work quality was excellent and it is obvious that Clark is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his craft! Thank you Clark Perry!"
