"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. Hercules Plumbing Service LLC is owned and operated by Richard Kline. For more than a decade he has worked as a plumber in the employ of other Tucson plumbing and contracting companies. After being laid off, Richard decided to put his tools and skills to work and go into business for himself. He is in the process of getting his residential and commercial certifications. Therefore, Hercules Plumbing Service LLC currently operates under ARS Chapter 10, Section 32-1151. We are limited to projects in which the total cost does not exceed $1000. We will update our profile when that restriction is lifted. We do not use subcontractors and all work is performed by Richard himself.
