"Their roofing crew stole my deer skull from the front of my house and it magically reappeared next to their van on the street after threatening to call the police. While stripping off the old roofing, they let the debris build up on my front bushes causing unrepairable damage. Unless you can speak Spanish you won't be able to communicate with their laborors and there is no boss working with them on site to help bridge the language barrier. They left scraps from their lunch around my front yard, avacado skins and shrimp tails and also cigarette butts, one of them smoked the whole time. The trim and gutters crews were fine but the cleanup after they were all done could have been better they left a decent amount of roofing nails and gutter screws even in plain sight in my driveway. Also had a couple of scheduling issues with material availability the attic insulation installers causing the project to be completed more than a week late. "

They were able to color match the color of my gutter and fascia so perfectly I cannot even tell it was recently repaired. The shingles have also settled like they said they would and were very through about cleaning up after the work was complete. Tino did an excellent job explaining the work to be done making sure it was done correctly. Would definitely recommend and use again for future roofing needs."

He would say the key to his success is that he is obsessed with customer service and business processes. He has assembled an operations team has 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. After a decade of working with multiple local roofing companies at his management company, he found the theme to be the same; none of the roofing companies were consistent or reliable for any extended period of time. In heavy storm years, many roofing companies would pop up chasing insurance projects. Companies that were once thought to be reliable would skip town in a hurry once the insurance money dried up.
