"Cody Bartlett came the next day after calling him regarding the missing shingles on my roof. He went onto the roof and did an inspection. Let me know that he could replace the missing shingles but that he also needed to seal some areas of the roof. He came over a few days later, replaced the shingles, sealed the areas. He had taken pictures so I could see before what needed to be done and after what he had done. It was great to be able to see both sets of pictures. He was great, polite and very professional. "If you are looking for a roofer, then stop right here and hire Duration Roofing and Construction NOT only do I have a great looking roof but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I rarely give 5 stars but with this company I wish I could give more stars. When I was interviewing Roofers, Darryn, came out and not only did he give me a free estimate, but he walked me through the whole process of replacing the roof and help me understand how my insurance company would handle the claim. He gave me the facts and no pressure, which I so much appreciated. He was here the whole time while the roof was being replace to make sure NO short cuts were taken. If I had any questions and called he was the one who answered (which is so rare these days) or if I sent a text or e-mail he would respond so quickly it blew my mind. Not only does my roof look great, but his customer service was excellent, which is so rare to see these days. Roofers have such a bad reputations, but Duration roofing squashes everything bad about roofers. So again if you need a new roof I can not express or said it enough you would be crazy NOT to hire Duration Roofing and Construction."

Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."
