I'm Sean Kennedy. I graduated in 1998 from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor's of Science degree that concentrated in Computer Aid Design (CAD). I have worked in various designs. Designing things like cabinets for schools here in Georgia. Then moving to Michigan and designing to help shutdown General Motors Facility in Detroit, Michigan. Then back to Georgia designing Cell phone towers in Roswell, Georgia. Which led me to working for Comcast and design Fiber to home. I am now in the process of starting SK Designs Service..\n\n

"We highly recommend Creative Living LLC and their team of designers and craftsmen. From the first day that company owner Jessica with designer Robyn came to our house and listened intently to our desire to remodel our kitchen, including must haves, wish to haves and constraints we found ourselves surrounded by an creative team with an eye for detail and a firm approach of listening carefully to their customers. They worked closely with us in choosing design, materials and functionality. During the remodel, Daniel and his team were attentive to our every comment, even when we weren’t sure of how to get what we envisioned. Knowing we had a large holiday party planned, they worked aggressively to have the kitchen ready, even making an interim window that was just as beautiful as it was functional. Our project manager Chloe kept us appraised of timelines, purchase options, and costs, while Jessica continually sought to ensure we were satisfied with the work. The final product was beyond my dreams, with custom tile work, custom bar/shelving, and a custom designed bay window that literally brings our backyard into the kitchen. You will not be disappointed by engaging with Creative Living LLC. If you can dream it, they will build it."

"This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."

"It went very well. I contacted this artist to create a stunning and lifelike self portrait. I then sent photos and payment. In less than a week I had a stunning rendition of myself in both pencil and watercolor. Lance is always courteous and professional. I highly recommend his services to everyone and will do business with him again soon!"

"They were absolutely awesome. It was fantastic. In fact, one of the owners is the one that came out and he lives in downtown Atlanta. He came out on Friday, and I told him that my husband worked downtown and wouldn't be home until after 7, and he came out here. He was very thorough, in fact, some of the things that I was asking about such as additional sensors and glass break sensors, which would have made him more money, he told me they kind of redundant. That it would just be spending money for something that I didn't need. So, he actually saved me money. One thing I liked about them, as opposed to a different home security company, is they don't have a delay. He explained that typically when an alarm goes off, they may delay up to two or three minutes to give me time to reset the alarm before the service will call me. If someone breaks into the house, two or three minutes is like a lifetime. I was very, very pleased that these guys do not have a delay. I know that for a fact because I have accidentally opened my backdoor forgetting that I had the alarm set and the alarm is going off, and before I got back across the room to the phone from turning the alarm off, the phone was ringing and it was them. I have had this happen several times and they call me back in under a minute. They are absolutely awesome. The installer was very thorough and very professional. Bless his heart, he was here all day long because I had a full perimeter system installed. I have glass break sensors and motion detectors on the rooms downstairs and upstairs. He was here a minimum of 8 hours. He was very polite. I felt sorry for him, I was trying to feed him a sandwich because he was here all day but he said that he had brought something with him. He just went out to his truck in the driveway, ate his sandwich and came back in and finished the work. He was really good about explaining to me and my husband how to program the alarm. He told us how to check it and walked us through and showed us each piece of equipment that he installed and explained its function to us. He didn't just hand us a book and tell us to read it. He had been here a long time, I know he was tired, I had quite a few things done. He was very professional. I think I offered him coffee and he did actually accept that because it was cold. He always had booties on his feet and it wasn't raining. He went everywhere, up in the attic and down in the basement as well. I was so pleased with them. Apparently, he is a long time employee, which I think most of their employees are. I think the man explained that they have three different call services in three different parts of the country that call me if the alarm goes off that way if one center is having problems with their phones another center can call. They were fantastic. I have recommended them nearly everyone in our neighborhood. I give them an A+! Their price was very good. Another thing that is fantastic is that I'm not locked into a contract. They just depend on the fact that they offer very good customer service and that I won't leave. I will be their customer for a long time."
