"Alex was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the unique situation three other technicians from other companies failed to resolve. He was able to assess and recognize the repair needed without the unnecessary upsale, and took care of the problem, without any trouble or mess within minutes. I will definitely be calling RighTime Home Services / Rescue Rooter again."

"My wife and I have been struggling for years with constant drain clog problems. Rooter companies who came out and unclogged the drains but that did not last long. Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. They took time to explain what they were doing each day. It has been about two months since the work was done and we have had no further problems with our drains. We are very satisfied and are sure to use Bob and Marc's again in the future.
