That was several years ago. Josh D. was the guy who always showed up to treat our lawns. Very nice, answered questions, explained everything, made suggestions, really helpful. He’s still doing our lawn on yet another home, same court. He’s so careful of our flowers & tomatoes, we’ve never had an issue with him doing our lawn. Josh is very professional, friendly, and extremely good at what he does, so very much appreciated ! That makes him the best in my book, not sure I would trust anyone else ? Thank you Josh !"

"Inconsistent mowing schedule.  We'd call Micah when it was over two weeks since they came and our lawn was way overgrown.  He'd tell us he'd get someone out to mow on a specific day and the crew never showed up.  This happened several times, but they'd get to it eventually.  This season, it started off the same way (inconsistent mowing, overgrown lawn).    The two times we did get our lawn services in 2014, the crew left lawn clippings all over our patio and flower beds (they are supposed to blow that off).   We emailed/called him and said if service didn't improve we would cancel.   We received no emails or returned calls, no apology when we actually cancelled the service.  Poor customer service, the only thing that would show up on time was our bill.  We are much happier with our new lawn service.

"I called and talked to Ti about scheduling my lawn aeration.  He said he would check with utility company for underground lines and schedule me in as soon as possible.  A couple days later he called to say he had an opening the next day. Lazaro, one of his lawn care specialist, showed up the next day and completed the lawn aeration for the front and back yard.  The schedule for service worked well because I had just mowed my lawn and removed leaves the day before.   Lazaro was polite, very professional and seems to have done a thorough job, as the plugs are everywhere all over my lawn.   I am very satisfied with this service and would highly recommend this company for lawn aeration services.

"This was the first time I hired a company to prune my maturing trees; my main request was to thin them out so as to minimize any potential damage from wind or ice. The three man crew consisted of the owner/supervisor, the trimmer who climbed the trees and did the actual pruning work, and a third person who stayed on the ground to watch the trimmer and to pickup/cleanup the debris. The crew arrived on time and worked the entire six hours per the job description. The owner/supervisor offered advice on taking care of all the trees on my property as well as recommendations to consider removing two trees that were starting to show some distress. He indicated I would not need any additional pruning services for about five years, which I was pleased to hear."

"The work Rochell did was generally of good quality. There were times it seemed that they were rushing through the job, and more than once I wish they would have taken into account how soggy our back lawn can be before dragging their big mower through it and creating muddy tracks through the grass. That being said, I typically did not have any concerns with the work performed. In terms of communication, I would have appreciated more responsiveness from the owner on specific service concerns (such as the one above) and requests for estimates. Alan seemed to respond more readily to my husband's phone calls (which I didn't appreciate, but didn't necessarily take offense to,) but in general his responses weren't consistent. At this point, we have purchased our own lawnmower and will most likely go through a different company for any landscaping needs."
