"We found Miguel Perez from Angie’s List. Based on hundreds of good reviews outweighing a few bad ones, we decided to hire him. We started off by texting and sending him photos of things that needed to be done around our house. He responded very quickly and gave us the estimate almost right away. He scheduled us a week after (due to his busy schedule). He arrived on time on the scheduled date. He started his work right away. He’s very hard-working, efficient, and most importantly we could tell he’s keen on everything that he fixed for us. In addition, you don’t have to worry about cleaning up afterwards because he does all that for you. He took care of our house (newly painted) as if it were his. It’s so hard to find a handyman who is skillful, punctual, responsible, efficient and cleans up afterwards very neatly. We will definitely hire Miguel again.
