"Ramon came out to assess my sprinkler system. It hadn't worked in two years so I was not surprised I needed s new pump snd valve. His prices were very good and now I have a wonderfully working sprinkler system. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because he didn't notice I had a cracked Index. My husband pointed it out. That also needed to be replaced and added $225 to the job. Overall though, they did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Scheduled to come to my house the very next morning and arrived exactly on time as promised. My sprinkler pump was not pulling water from the lake. I received a very reasonable estimate and the problem was a hard prime was needed due to past repairs done by someone else. Once system was running - they made sure all the zones, sprinkler heads and timer was working as it should. They found a few broken heads and repaired everything for a very reasonable cost. Star Pump took the time to explain everything to me along the way. Very professional."
