About 10 minutes later, she called back with the bad news that no one else was available, but that she could have one of her guys come out late afternoon. That worked for me and imagine my amazement when Tom showed up 15 minutes earlier than I was told he would arrive! Less than an hour later, the leak is fixed and I was thrilled.
