He installed the first fan and that’s when we realized it didn’t work. Michael moved onto the second fan while I ran out to Lowe’s to purchase another fan. Once the second fan was up and running, he went back and removed the first fan and installed the new one I had purchased. Michael wrapped up the broken one for us to return. Michael went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated it. He was friendly, tidy (he took all of the trash from the three ceiling fan boxes) and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Michael again or recommend him to our neighbors."
