Before the job begins he gives a detailed account of exactly what he's going to do and how much his labor costs will be. As well as an estimated time of completion. I have found his labor prices to be very reasonable, and is estimated completion times spot on. He is both efficient but has a wonderful eye for detail and makes sure that everything is right and what we want. I've always found him easy to talk to, he listens to what his client wants but also will give alternate suggestions that I have found extremely helpful. This is the third time I have worked with Billy Myers, and I and my family have been delighted with the results each time. When he is done with a renovation, he stages the room removes all trash and building debris, so everything looks brand new! I can wholeheartedly recommend William Meyer LLC. "It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing. And then he proved it by an excellent job. The helpers were also very respectful."
