"First off - he called me very quickly after I submitted my request thru Service Magic- he is the ONLY one of the three to call. We had a 9 o'clock appointment and at 9.05 Malcolm called to say he was running late. I appreciated not being left hanging - When he got here, he was friendly and went to work snaking my sewer drain and though the project was a bit bigger than he expected he stuck to his original estimate. I very much appreciated that! Before he left I asked for a ballpark on 2 projects I'd like to do this year and both were quite reasonable. "We had a clogged drain/sewer line backing up into our basement at 1:00 a.m. Called Mr. Rooter Plumbing at 1:45 a.m. They were there by 3:00 a.m. The drain was cleared by 4:15 a.m. The plumber they sent was friendly & very professional. It was somewhat expensive since there was a premium for them to come out before 9:00 a.m the next day, but we couldn't use our toilets or run water anywhere in the house. It was worth the additional cost. We have no family close by and thought we might have to rent a hotel room for the rest of the night. Would use Mr. Rooter Plumbing again."
