"This is the second time that I used Jim @ crawlpaces.com  Came in the morning like we schedule cover everything with plastic so no   mess or dirt on the floor . Did his work and left,  it was like nothing happen in my basement..
In my first house we did  the encapsulation of the crawling space it make a big difference especially if you have kids with ASTHMA.
The second house we have a problem with water coming from the foundation, he did the french drain , water pump and plastic on he walls.

A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.

"Everyone from the company was very helpful and professional. I am extremely happy with the work they did and so are my kids! Our basement was flooding at some point and while I don't know much about home repair technical terms, whatever they did was completely worth the reasonable price they charged to remodel the basement and correct the issue. They also did wonders on my kitchen, installing countertops, replacing an old light fixture, and adding new crown molding to better match the cabinets. All of the work is very sharp. "Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house."
