"On time and work completed . I would use them for repairs or roof replacement."

"Perfectly!!! I called Steve, explained the problem (leak in main roof, back), and a roofer came out that very day to repair! Steve was very knowledgeable and personable about the roof. Plus, the invoice explained exactly what the problem was, what repair was done, and this repair is sure to last. The invoice was also very reasonable! I deeply appreciate both this company's expertise and responsiveness, as we had a heavy storm just a few days after the repair. I am happy to have found them and would recommend without reservation."

"Called to get a quote on a new roof. Clancy got back to me with a few days with a thorough quote. Eve though we went with another company I would consider contacting them for future projects."

"We had our house and garage roof replaced, including new decking on both, and the experience was flawless. The crew was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to every detail. They handled everything perfectly from start to finish, and the final result looks incredible. Our new roof completely transformed the home. Highly recommend Refined Roofing & Siding for anyone needing quality roofing done right."

"They were very accommodating to my needs for my roof replacement! From the time i reached out to when the roof was completed was less than 2 weeks!"

"Home Genius Exteriors is amazing! I have been impressed throughout the whole process with their high level of professionalism and depth of expertise. Every person I have met throughout my project has been a dream! I honestly believe they care as much about my home and doing what is best for me and my family as I do. I highly recommend! Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"We had a massive tree fall & damaged our barn roof...broken rafters & holes in metal roof & skylights. Erb's const. replaced the rafters and replaced the metal roof...with additional skylights!! Fixed it right up at a reasonable cost. Cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend them."

"Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldnâ t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed a leak in our living room ceiling and immediately called Bone Dry and two additional highly rated companies. Realizing the age of the roof, I assumed it was close to the end of itâ s useful life. Although I had all three companies bid on the exact same materials and work, Zach from Bone Dry came in $200 less than the next higher quote and $2,000 less than the highest quote. Based on my prior experience, the urgency that Zach understood I was feeling and the price he presented, it was an easy choice for me to make. A few days before the job was scheduled to begin, Zach explained everything I should expect, from the delivery of the materials, to the cleanup and walk around inspection. He even sent me a text the night before with a photo of Seth, who would be the jobs supervisor. From the very beginning of the job, Seth communicated with me and kept me apprized with their progress. He texted pictures on a regular basis to the point that my questions were answered before I could ask them. The crew worked dawn til dark for three straight days and the new roof looks fabulous. After our homes and cars, the new roof is the third most expensive purchase weâ ve ever made. I feel totally confident that it will be protecting this house long after weâ re gone. And we plan to be here for many years."

"Perfect repair by Kyle, very professional and friendly!! Totally satisfied!! Timely manner!!"

"First they did a good job on roof repair. Replaced roof on porch. Left a huge mess of wood and debris. Covered nothing. Was told going to come back to clean. Never did. My fault for paying them."
