They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."

"Mad City had to come out 5 times. They didn't get the right base size for a new shower. We had to without a shower for almost 3 months. When they finally completed the job, it was great. It simply took them too long to get it done right."

Nick did a great job keeping us in the loop as the project was going and always was clear about any issues he encountered and potential ways to address them. We added a good number of additional components to the job and he was able to effectively address all aspects of the project (plumbing, electric, HVAC, dry wall, insulation, etc.) really well and keep things moving along with minimal disruptions. He is very detailed in his final trim and door work and definitely knows how to make things look very good! He did a great job with clean up too and was very helpful with material sourcing to achieve our desired look and style. "We had a very bad experience with the first work crew that came out. Everything they did had to be removed. Then they sent us Jake and he did a marvelous job and we loved the way he did all of the work. You need to have more installers with Jakes skills and you will have a very successful business. Mike Hunt was also very instrumental in getting our situation righted and sending Jake our way. A big thanks to Mike and Jake for making this a successful install. Because of the unskilled first crew and having to remove their work the job took almost two weeks"

I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done.
