"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"The tasks were reviewed at my home a few days before the work was scheduled.  I was using a voucher for the work JD Painting would be conducting.  JD Painting arrived on time for the review and for the day of the actual work.  I had a list of tasks I needed done and had them numbered as to what order they were to be done in - most important first.  Tasks included changing out the glass from the stormdoor and replacing it with the screen, installing a shelf on the wall above my desk, removing a light bulb from the socket where the bulb's base had fused and other, similar quick tasks.  The work was done in a timely manner and efficiently.
