Any and all communication was responded to PROMPTLY. Landan and his crew present themselves professionally and speaking from doing many home improvements myself, did a superb, craftsman like job. The project required removal of cheap vinyl and carpet on a slab to install quality wood laminate and 100% vinyl on a slab. "It went very well. The only problem was that there was not enough allowance for the hvac floor registers to fit back into the vents. I had to cut back carpet to get them to fit. Otherwise I was very pleased. If I had not been preoccupied with other contractors at the time, I might have caught it and had the carpet installer make the cuts before he left. I am most pleased with the carpet. Kathy Ranalli was very responsive and kept me up to date via text and phone on the progress and follow up on my project."

"When removing the toilet to remodel my bathrrom, several tiles came up with it.  The floor was original to the house (68 yrs old) with a cement subfloor.   Since this is the only bathroom in the house, Dan agreed to start the job on Saturday.  I bought my own tiles and they completed removing the rest of the floor, applied two layers of leveler, layed the new tile and grouted.  It took four days.  When the rest of the remodeling was done they came back and reinstalled the toilet.  They were always punctual and very curtious.  Every tile cut was perfect!  The floor looks AMAZING!  I would recommend them to everyone who needs a reputable company that knows what they are doing."
