However... our project was delayed several times... we have had to contact THEM every time (they have not called or contacted us on their own initiative since our credit card was charged for the up-front half of the job). VERY disappointed. They responded to our request to Home Advisor within minutes... and were more than eager to get our business. It was all downhill from there. We had to call them REPEATEDLY just to be emailed an invoice for the job. However... once on site the crew was quick, courteous and professional. The job was tough because he had to go through a lot of concrete and blacktop but he got it done. He also installed a gate for each side and they're great. We did have an issue with the way one was settling, nothing that was done on his part, and he came right out and adjusted the gates. We will 100% use them again for any of her fence needs."
