"Provider arrived by himself and inspected our electrical panel.  He said the outdoor outlets were not working because the Ground Fault Interrupter receptacle needed replacing.  Before he finished telling me that another vehicle showed up with two guys - an older gentleman and a young man.  The provider said he needed to go purchase the receptacle and it would cost  us an additional $60.
All men left and returned 30 minutes or more later (we live no more than 3 miles from a Home Depot and less than that to a Wal-Mart, that also carries that sort of stuff).
After they returned, the older man left and the young one was the one installing It took a lot longer than it should have because of the shopping trip, but everything works now.
