"I had several areas where the grout had come loose or were slightly damaged on my tile floor.  John came out and gave my a fair estimate and arrived very punctually on the scheduled day of service.  John carefully explained what he would do and he was very diligent in his work.  John also looked in several stores for me to replace some quarter round that I had damaged.  Unfortunately this quarter round was obsolete, but he was able to find a great replacement.  John also gave me a great deal on getting the grout lines cleaned on my floor and I have to say my tile now looks like it was just installed.  It looks great and I couldn't be happier.  He was also able to match the color of my grout which I know is not an easy thing to do. <br />"
