They climbed trees, sawed and chipped limbs for a day and a half. When they were done the trees look gorgeous, the yard is immaculate and we couldn’t be happier. Neighbors are already asking who we hired ?. We highly recommend this team for any tree trimming needs!!!"

"Paid $200 to Angie's List for $400 of tree trimming services. Didn't hear anything from the company for nearly 2 weeks so I called them. They said that they did not receive notification of my payment to Angie's List or my contact information. They quoted me a cost of $700. + the $400 credit from Angie's List. My actual out of pocket cost was $900. I don't have the time to shop around for work such as this so I agreed to the cost. I had these same trees trimmed by another company a few years back for less than $700. Certainly it was not an $1,100 job which is what it cost me if Angie's $400 deal is considered as it should be. The work done was Okay I guess. Three of the trees appear to be a bit butchered but they will grow back I assume. The prior company that trimmed these same trees did a better job. I was not home when the work was completed. I was waiting on a statement from them to pay the remaining $700. I owed them. Less than 2 weeks after the work was done I get a call at work from them wanting their $700. Apparently they had my contact information after all. Their representative actually came to my place of employment that same day to pick up a check! Bottom line is the supposed $400. deal from Angie's List did nothing for me in terms of my cost for this project. I'm very confident I could have gotten the job done for less than the $900 out of pocket that I paid had I taken the time to get some other bids."

"The work went well and was speedy.  The owner used about a five to seven man crew.  He used a lift crane to cut branches down and lowered them with ropes to his team.  His team used used a powerful wood chipper to handle the branches and saws to cut limbs into manageable sizes.  They also hauled away the trunk of the tree on a flatbed truck.  
Clean Up: They laid plywood under their equipment that was on our grass to keep the grass from being damaged.  They also swept up the street and grabbed lose debris that was in our yard from the tree. 
Sidenote: The tree was about three feet from our home so I was especially concerned about roof damage but the crew took great care not to damage our house.

"I had a very significant drainage issue around my property that had caused severe water damage to several rooms inside the house. This had been going on for years and I needed a solution. Team Green stepped in and solved my problems. The project went very smoothly once underway. The lead time was about 7-8 weeks, which was the only downside. Everything from start to finish was thoroughly explained to me and if I had any questions they got answered quickly. I even called them to ask questions about another provider's bid/project and they had no problem explaining the issues to me. The install crew worked very hard clearing large tree roots and rocks to install the drain. Several gutters, including two of my neighbors, were directed into the drain, which was made of high quality six inch pipe. The rock used to cover the drain looks great and they reseeded any areas disturbed by the install. Since the install I have not had a single issue with flooding inside the house. The drain can handle a lot of water with no problems. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend Team Green Outdoor to anyone.

"First to respond to my request for an estimate. Understood exactly what was needed with minimum explanation. Worked well within my schedule, and was extremely prompt.
Very effectively removed piles of wood I had stacked in several places. Removed trees with no damage whatever to house and garage - which was my primary concern.
Ellis Tree Service was concerned with possible damage to sidewalk. Took precautions to prevent that damage, but sidewalk was still cracked. Cracks not really visible until several hours after vendor left, and becoming more visible as weeks pass. Probably not bad enough to require replacement, and I did NOT call to complain.
Left ruts in several places in grass. This was at least in part due to the desire to work within my schedule. Truck was very heavy, and lawn was softer than expected. Nothing that can't be fixed with a little effort - just annoying. A few small limbs on trees in staging areas were broken. Again nothing serious, and something can be fixed with less than an hours' effort.

"Three or Four men showed up for the job so it ended up being 1 hour of service. I thought the price was good. They did pretty much what I asked them to do except that they took down a live tree instead of a dead one. I wouldn't rate them highly. They did the very minimum of what I asked and did not check in before they left. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves.There was no additional cost. It has hard to determine the money worth of one man for 4 hours versus three or four men for 4 hours. If there was more time on the clock, I'm sure I would have needed more work to be done."

The initial visit was great. I was wanting to have the patio updated, shrubs added, and some areas relayed with concrete. I was really interested in the layout he gave me but the price was over my budget. He stated he would follow-up with me about another plan that could work with my budget but I never heard back. That was the only complaint I had.
