Everyone who has seen it wants to put one up in their own yard now! What really stands out about Hard Worx is their experience and their willingness to go the extra mile. We needed metal work removed before we could install the court and they did that. We needed help installing the actual pole and hoop and they did that for us as well. Roger even identified a missing part right away and made an extra trip to install it after it arrived. The job was essentially done, but he went out of his way to make sure our court was fully functional. Roger was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. He made special bevel cuts to enhance our playing experience and gave us multiple options for pigment and hoop placement. Hard Worx Concrete are professional, kind, and experts in their field. Steve Norfolk (owner) installed a new sump pump and backup battery in February 2013. We have not had a moment's trouble in three years. We recently had a power outage and things continued to work well. Since it was the first time we had to rely on the backup battery, I wasn't familiar with the change in pumping sounds, etc and worried that all was not well. I called, spoke with Mary and requested if they could come back out and check my system. Steve came out to the house, took a careful look at everything, explained (again) what to expect and what to look for in the future (i.e. - when the battery was showing signs of needing to be replaced.) He was extremely patient and thorough, and did not charge me for his time!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they are professional, thorough, patient and most importantly, stand behind their work and customers no matter the length of time.

"They did the work,but I am not pleased with the finishing. The cabinets are not working fine, because the floor of the garage wasn’t even. There was like a V shaped long area which was not covered and later they covered that. I was a little bit displeased with the aesthetic of it , but the system changed the look of mine. I want them to be aware of these kind of things because they do this all the time. When everything is new and this 3-4 inches of area is left behind in front of the garage, it doesn’t look nice. They also came back and removed a cabinet because it was obstructing when I took my car out."

"They gave us an estimate on 03/22 and we agreed on 04/04.  They started work on 04/11, with the removal of the existing brick patio and the flower garden,  They poured a concrete base, bringing both these areas to the same height as the sidewalk.  They then built a dry-stack stone enclosure on the front and side of our porch, and installed the square cut flagstone cap on the entire area.  Finally, they built an area of concrete, about four inches wide, to transition from the driveway to the new flagstone area.  This was done in about four days of work, including one day when they had to build a tent-like structure over the work site to shield them from the rain,  The entire crew was courteous, neat, and professional.  We would recommend their service to anyone."
