if you are looking for a place that will provide full written contract and such, this is probably not the service for you. However, if you are budget conscious and just want a job well done, then they are great. Very professional and courteous team, did work safely with no damage to our house or yard and cleaned up after themselves so you can't tell they were even here. Walked through the scope of work before and after to ensure we were on the same page about what was to be done and for what price. And no money exchanged hands until I was walked through and happy with the result.

I can't speak to their other landscaping work as I didn't have any done, but they do offer other landscaping services as well."

Everyone who has seen it wants to put one up in their own yard now! What really stands out about Hard Worx is their experience and their willingness to go the extra mile. We needed metal work removed before we could install the court and they did that. We needed help installing the actual pole and hoop and they did that for us as well. Roger even identified a missing part right away and made an extra trip to install it after it arrived. The job was essentially done, but he went out of his way to make sure our court was fully functional. Roger was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. Steve Norfolk (owner) installed a new sump pump and backup battery in February 2013. We have not had a moment's trouble in three years. We recently had a power outage and things continued to work well. Since it was the first time we had to rely on the backup battery, I wasn't familiar with the change in pumping sounds, etc and worried that all was not well. I called, spoke with Mary and requested if they could come back out and check my system. Steve came out to the house, took a careful look at everything, explained (again) what to expect and what to look for in the future (i.e. - when the battery was showing signs of needing to be replaced.) He was extremely patient and thorough, and did not charge me for his time!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they are professional, thorough, patient and most importantly, stand behind their work and customers no matter the length of time.

"They gave us an estimate on 03/22 and we agreed on 04/04.  They started work on 04/11, with the removal of the existing brick patio and the flower garden,  They poured a concrete base, bringing both these areas to the same height as the sidewalk.  They then built a dry-stack stone enclosure on the front and side of our porch, and installed the square cut flagstone cap on the entire area.  Finally, they built an area of concrete, about four inches wide, to transition from the driveway to the new flagstone area.  This was done in about four days of work, including one day when they had to build a tent-like structure over the work site to shield them from the rain,  The entire crew was courteous, neat, and professional.  We would recommend their service to anyone."
