"I woke up this morning to a cold house.   I had initially called another company, letting them know I had an Oil furnance.  When that company came out, they told me that they didn't service Oil furnances.  It took me five calls before I found Appleton  Campbell and that was because of my Oil Company.   They were upfront we me and told me there would be a dispatch fee and diagnostic fee.   When Eric arrived he was very courteous and took time to explain what he was doing and what was wrong.   Eric was very upfront and performed the work quickly and professionally.

"Pressure tank for my well ruptured. Appleton Campbell literally responded in a minute or 2, and within 2 hours someone came out to give me a quote and said that this could be fixed by 2 pm. I hired them and sure enough everything was done very quickly and I had water again! "AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency.
