"Next Level did an excellent job resolving my standing water issue in my backyard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. I got estimates from multiple places for French Drain install for our backyard that would oversaturate with water (due to design flaw on new build home property) and not only was Superior Landscaping most competitively priced, Troy was totally on the ball with getting the estimate to us right away and even calling to check in with us; whereas it took so long and I had to place multiple calls to get calls returned from other companies! "I am very pleased.  German was on time and very courteous.  He began by setting the sprinkler system to run so that he could inspect all of the heads, and we walked around the yard together.  We discussed which heads should be adjusted and how, and he patiently made the adjustments while I said "a little more this way, a little more that way..."  German also replaced a broken sprinkler head for no additional charge.
I had purchased a "Big Deal" for the sprinkler system tune-up, because we've owned our house for 3 years and never had the system looked at. It was just the push I needed to tend to my sprinkler. Well worth the $39 I paid. German advised me about proper maintenance of the system, and I was surprised that the winterization was so cheap ($75 for regular customers, $65 for Angie's List members). I already have it on my calendar to call them in the fall.
German and I also discussed which sprinkler heads are poorly located and should be relocated.  Each of the recommended relocations is obvious, because the landscaping has grown up since the original installation.  I absolutely did not feel like he was trying to sell me services I didn't need. I will definitely be calling to schedule the additional work.
The time window they gave me for servicing District customers was also ideal (between 7 am and 8:30 am).

"A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! We went on Angie's List and found The Pond Doctor and read the reviews. We contacted Mark King, the owner, and described the work we would like done and sent him pictures of our garden pond. Mark responded right away and explained the steps needed to clean the pond and outlined what his company would do and he then provided us a cost estimate. We felt comfortable with selecting The Pond Doctor and Mark placed us on his work schedule and a few days later Jeremiah, the foreman, and his crew arrived. Everyone on the crew was polite, professional, and experienced and quickly tackled the large job ahead of them. The end result - our pond looks wonderful. After removing all the muck, the pond and waterfall were power washed, vacuumed, and the pond refilled with clean water.
