They tore off the roof completely to diagnose the damage from the previous roof and replaced the necessary plywood that was damaged. The crew was very kind and professional! They were very neat and through out the whole process and by the end of it all the clean up was immaculate! Mr. Clemons, the sales rep, was very helpful, thorough and kind! He helped me understand the cost of everything and made it make sense to replace the entire roof as well as my gutters! The project manager Angel Martinez, was super helpful throughout the project, he helped me understand any extra costs and also helped me save where it was possible. During the removal of our old roof, and the installation of the new one, Pond Field Supervisors Juan Lemus and Robert Kern were on call to supervise, troubleshoot, and ensure the crew had what they needed, when they needed it, to complete the work. And the crew who did the actual work - I cannot say enough good things about them! Seven guys who worked liked beavers for two 12-hour days to get the job done and done right. "Unprofessional visit. Showed up unannounced and we only knew they were there because one person stood 10 feet from our porch staring at us in through our living room window. My wife spent 10 minutes talking to them, they stated they had no business cards, they only had an appointment card but didn't present it. Honestly when you show up at someone's house you need some sort of identifier if your walking door to door in casual clothes. After the uncomfortable dead stare through the windows my wife and i have decided to post a No Solicitors sign. They didn't take no for an answer at first, pushing with more questions to circumvent the no she gave, as well as interrupted our dinner, as they showed up right at 6pm."

"It was time to replace my roof and I requested several estimates from roofing companies. I selected Marshall Roofing Siding and Windows. It was not the cheapest estimate but the estimate assessment by Mr. Chris Butler, of Marshall Roofing, was the most thorough. Mr. Butler inspected the roof, went into the attic (and found a bathroom vent venting into the attic instead of outside), went into my screened in porch to determine what kind of nails to use so that they would not come through the tongue and groove ceiling and he noticed some old satellite dishes that could be removed. Marshall roofing updated the proposal several times with all of my concerns and additions. This is great customer service! When it came to choosing a shingle color, we struggled to find the right color. Mr. Butler kindly offered to bring out additional shingle samples to us on a Friday afternoon. Again, above and beyond customer service. Mr. Butler also worked with us to find and install an attic fan specifically designed to be quiet when running. The job started promptly on time and was finished in two days. Mr. Butler came out as the job was wrapping up and when the crew finished packing up, on his own, he did a second magnetic sweep around my house to find any nails that may have been missed during the magnetic sweep performed by the crew. Again, great customer service! We are very happy with the workmanship and customer service that we received from Marshall Roofing and would highly recommend their services!!"
