"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! "This company has changed their name and is now known as Care Contracting. Their pricing was in line with other businesses we checked out and the salesman who met with us was knowledgeable and friendly. We had our roof replaced as well as gutter guards put up. The crew that did the roof left trash around our yard and did not clean up debris from the roofing, leaving nails, jagged pieces of metal and other scraps about. Our deck furniture was not returned to its original place either. Our contract required us to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. The check was ready when they finished and no one from the crew collected it. Within 12 hours of them finishing the roof, we began to receive calls, texts and emails inquiring about our late payment. There was no call to see if we were satisfied with the work done, or to update us on how the leak in our roof was fixed. All told, their sales team was good, but their customer service and business practices were definitely lacking."
