The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. Project Consultant David Juntilla arrived shortly thereafter, barely 12 hours after I first noticed the leak. David’s obvious knowledge, competence and professionalism were very reassuring to me. Obviously this will be an extensive repair job for our condo association, but in the meantime, later that same day, Roofing & More sent a worker to effect temporary repairs and forestall any further water getting into my condo. "Chris was excellent.  He was professional and knowledgeable.  Very responsive.  I had a leak in the corner of the master bedroom which had stained.  I described the problem and location to Chris.  He was able to pinpoint the source rather quickly without going in the attic.  He showed me pictures of the problem and described how that type of problem occurs.  Chris repaired it as well as checked for/repaired other loose shingles.  Chris also cleared the gutter and tighten gutter spikes without being asked.  He suggested that I pencil around the stain.  If the stain passes the pencil mark, it would signal that there is still a leak.  So far, no leak!   While he was on my roof, Chris noticed a problem with my neighbor's roof and took pictures so I could show her.  I would definitely contact Chris if another issue occurs and highly recommend his service.

As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs.
