"The morning after I discovered leak our condo association immediately notified Roofing & More. Project Consultant David Juntilla arrived shortly thereafter, barely 12 hours after I first noticed the leak. David’s obvious knowledge, competence and professionalism were very reassuring to me. He examined both the roof outside and our attic crawlspace, where he located at least five sources of the leak. Obviously this will be an extensive repair job for our condo association, but in the meantime, later that same day, Roofing & More sent a worker to effect temporary repairs and forestall any further water getting into my condo. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."
