"Getting new windows and a sliding glass door was a daunting process, mostly because of the number of companies out there and not really knowing the difference between window types and if it’s worth the expense. We had a positive experience with Kenny at Nova Exteriors when he came to our house for an estimate. He wasn’t “salesy” (especially compared to reps from places like Window Nation that used annoying pressure sales tactics). The options were straight-forward, and we liked the company history & products/labor warranties. The negative would be cost (on the higher end of estimates compared to others we received) but at the end of the day we went with the company we liked and decided to pay more for overall quality. It’s hard to know if we get up-charged for location (the same windows in a different county are probably a certain % cheaper) but that’s out of our control. The installation went smoothly, and the team was friendly, efficient, and did a nice job. We hope to enjoy our new windows and sliding glass door for many years to come!"

"I am very pleased with the entire process, from ordering the new door and storm door to installation. The products that were delivered were custom even by their standards as my wife had the salesperson flipping back and forth through the catalog to mix and match all sorts of options! He was extremely pleasant and the price quoted was the price. It seems high, but if they stand behind the "lifetime of the house" warranty, it is worth it. The product that was installed is high quality and I am pleased with the installation. Santiago took time out to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied at completion. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"The deadbolt lock on our front door had gotten stuck in a locked position, requiring us to have to enter our house through our side door, which was inconvenient, so I was very happy when I contacted Tivoli Locksmith, that Joseph, the owner, was able to come right over to look at it. He was very pleasant and did a good job, but I was surprised when he told me the cost to replace the deadbolt lock would be $250, but he would do it for $50 less. I thought this seemed too costly, but he said that this was the going rate these days for a locksmith to do this work, so I let him do it. However,I still believe that this was excessively high, and in hindsight, I wish I had gotten at least one other estimate first."

"I thought the price was a bit on the high side, but then I hadn't realized just how much work was involved in such a thing.  The two of them spent some 3 hours removing the old door (which they hauled away) and replacing it.  It is a small bathroom and it's hard to believe the two of them were able to work in there successfully, but they did.  They were very neat and you would think the enclosure was original to the house."

"The estimator, Albert, was very knowledgeable about his product and forthright on his answers to my questions and concerns about the installation and the windows and doors guarantees.  The installation crew,led by Tom, was here and began work on time and finish on time the same day.  The focused on the installation job and cleaned up like there was never any work done.  Each knew their job and worked like a well orchestrated team.  They did not waste any time even for lunch. They were courteous and went about their business skillfully.  They  helped with some moving of furniture I wasn't able to complete prior to their arrival as expected by the installer.  After the installation they managed some small tasks I asked for even though it was not something expected of the installation team.
Ironically another team of installers working on a neighbor's AC stood around for at least 30 minutes observing the window installation team as if to admire them.
Without question the replacement window installers were extremely profession and respectful of my property and could meet or exceed any customer's expectations.  The estimator was straight forward with his quote and answers, and I trusted I had the best product for a fair price.

"Will gave a very competitive estimate for the work desired and told me exactly what I would need to buy to complete the job. I purchased the doors and painted them myself to save a little on cost. He put forth a ton of effort making the doors fit within some very crooked walls, even shaving off portions of the doors that weren't fitting and making sure everything lined up perfectly. He even repainted the portions of the doors that required cutting even though that wasn't originally a part of the deal. He cleaned up after himself and the installation looked great."
