Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. "From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt confident that I was dealing with professionals who genuinely wanted to do a good job. I was greeted by the lovely and very helpful Lilly who arranged for Nafi, the owner, to come and see me a few days later. Nafi turned up on time and had fantastic ideas about using the bathroom space more efficiently. He has a fully stocked showroom and choosing materials was easy as Nafi has a fantastic eye for design, color and texture.
I went to see another Kitchen and Bathroom designer, also A rated on Angie's list, but there was no comparison. I was dealing with a salesperson, the quote was higher and the equipment and materials proposed were by far inferior.
Using Nafi my two projects went flawlessly. The bathroom now looks stunning and has beautiful design features.  Everything, right down to the lighting and mirror were included in the original quote. The wooden flooring in the room next door was matched perfectly to the much older hallway wood. The whole room was repainted and now looks fresh and modern.
Nafi is a true professional and equally as important, he has integrity. He wants to do a great job and won't stop until you are completely happy.
Not only did he do the work contracted, he also: leveled my dishwasher which had obviously not been fitted properly, fixed a leaking bathroom tap which we didn't want to replace as we will be doing the whole bathroom next year, fixed the kitchen tap which was not flowing properly and spent at least 2 hours trying to understand why the electrics in the master bathroom were not working. None of these jobs was related to the contacted work and he didn't charge extra for any of them, he's just a nice guy who wants to do the right thing.
I plan to do two more bathrooms and my whole kitchen with Nafi over the next few years. I don't need to look around anymore I know exactly who I will be using.  I recommend him 100%.

"The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."

He was at the house when the cabinets were being delivered and stopped in during installation. If you have concerns or aren't entirely happy with something he will make it right as quickly as possible. We have worked with a number of contractors and no one has come close to his level of customer service. He even brought us a bottle of wine and cheese when it was finished:)"
