"We pulled old carpeting up and had issues with the old floor beneath. They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. "It looked like new after they weaved in the pieces of wood, and then they sanded it down to a blonde color, and stained it a light walnut... We went with the satin finish because I think floors look terrible with high glass, and it looks absolutely brand new... The guys were amazing to work with.... And yes if I do the upstairs bedrooms with the hardwood floors, I am definitely calling them back. I'm teetering with the fact of putting carpet upstairs in the bedrooms but we'll see if I keep the hardwood, the floors are not in great shape look wise, so in the event I don't carpet...I'm 100% calling them back ... they were very reasonable with their pricing as well, and they were on time.... And finished in a very timely fashion...they were also very helpful moving stuff around for us....."
