Each day they explained to me what they would be working on, and at the end of the day they reviewed the progress with me. They needed to move a lot of the plumbing and had to come up with some creative solutions, and it was all done efficiently and effectively. He is skilled in the techniques in question, and was a clear and careful communicator throughout. He is very organized. Not only that, but he brings humor, humanity, and joy to the process.
