"We recently had our siding done by Gunner Roofing and can’t say enough good things. We had our consultation with Andrew and he was honest, not pushy, and even enthusiastic about the project. He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. Our Project Manager, Conor, kept open lines of communication and was honest about timelines, materials, etc.; nothing during this project was a surprise. "Shortly after I posted my review And heard what I had to say, And then in an effort to make things correct because my feeling was that the person was trying to nickel and they offered to refund half the cost which I declined to go that far I did ask for a partial refund but not the level of half can make fair for them and to keep with average cost for such project. And highly recommend them. And I would recommend them. The company contacted me and they made the situation right. On the positive side, they contacted me and scheduled someone to come out quickly. I explained what I needed, which was replacement of a chimney rain cap. I was told the fee for someone to come out and inspect. I asked if that would go towards services, should I have chosen them and was told yes. The technician came out and wanted to do an inspection, which was fine - because one never knows. He was very pleasant - and used a drone to take pictures of the chimney. The company contacted me and they made the situation right. On the not-so-positive side, he kept trying to up-sell. I told him I only wanted the rain cap to keep rain out, because we plan to get rid of the chimney in year or two. He kept trying to tell me I needed it - even after I explained that the chimney is only for the current water heater, which we will replace with a tankless heater. He wanted to do the masonry and to install a second one, though it wasn't essential. He suggested the nice rain cap. We spent a lot of time talking about why I didn't need it. Then we get to the price... the initial price was ridiculously high. Beyond the range my research showed, so I said no. He offered 2, but still very high and I said no - only for what I asked for. Then he asked which one I wanted replaced and I said the one that is missing. Initially, when he thought he was getting $1000 out of me, he said the fee for inspection was waved. When it was just the 1 cap he said he would charge a lower rate. Thinking back, I should have seen those as warnings and gone elsewhere. But, I was worried about water damage and went against my normal rule. Get 3 quotes and then decide."

"<p>It went amazing. They arrived a little earlier than they stated. He came in and checked the chimney and went outside to check where the nest was and if anything had access to get in. He told me the chimney was perfectly clean and showed me a video from his phone of how clean it was. Then he told me we had a protector on top to prevent the birds from getting in so they could not get in, they had made a nest on top. He said our chimney was safe and I had no worries and there would be no charge! I couldn't believe no charge, even for driving all the way out.</p> <p>Definitely use this business... they are honest and that is hard to fine.</p>"

"Cowan's south jersey masonry came out and fixed the top of both chimneys, sealed them and placed the caps on the top and he cleaned out the chimney. I was working and my parents were there and couldn't say enough about the two gentlemen who completed the work. My mom asked if they could fix a crack on our cement sidewalk and they did with no charge! Thank you so much for your professionalism and help with this project. Thank you for fixing my sidewalk. I would recommend this company without reservation."

"Replaced heater and Central AC. They were always very courteous and professional. Always wiped their feet, etc. AC unit needs to be charged in Spring when warmer so will write back with that update as well as in a week as we are to enter some cold temps and interested to see how new heater performs.
