"Let me let me say up front, it is a pleasure to do business with William Meyer. Before the job begins he gives a detailed account of exactly what he's going to do and how much his labor costs will be. As well as an estimated time of completion. I have found his labor prices to be very reasonable, and is estimated completion times spot on. He is both efficient but has a wonderful eye for detail and makes sure that everything is right and what we want. I've always found him easy to talk to, he listens to what his client wants but also will give alternate suggestions that I have found extremely helpful. This is the third time I have worked with Billy Myers, and I and my family have been delighted with the results each time. When he is done with a renovation, he stages the room removes all trash and building debris, so everything looks brand new! I can wholeheartedly recommend William Meyer LLC. "Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
