To be honest this was probably caused by the thing we discovered in the third visit but I still wasn't charged. 3. Phil came out again when I had a large puddle.... totally my fault. I had turned off the sump pump to do some electric work in the basement and didn't turn it back on. Phil came out and investigated trying to find the cause of the problem and was friendly and fine with it even when we found out the sump pump wasn't turned on. Throughout the whole experience Phil and his crew were professional but friendly. I have complete confidence that they will provide quality results, and if anything is discovered after the fact their warranty is proven to be reliable."
