"Tried to install and completed furnace that was new but damaged and didn't say anything about, thank God for cameras. Then they replaced took another day of my time not compensation for, had same guys who installed the damaged 1 to install the other made me uncomfortable for complaining and them retaliation for me complaining. Now having issues with ice forming on the coils from the air because them retaliation on me leaving the freon short a pound to spec, I have them to fix and refill the pound and there trying to soak me a thousand dollars not caring to make my system right even though there's negligence by there workers from the start and me losing days of my time, putting me in awkward position having initial installers who couldn't even be honest from the start ?. Air-conditioning when freon isn't to spec can over time ruin your condenser and coil from freezing being undetected until measured with a guage. Service manager was rude to me and didn't even care Elijah I got videos"

We can assist with surface restoration and repair of most surfaces (furniture, counter tops, cracked or spongy bathtubs, just about anything) mitigating the need for replacement. Bottom line, we can repair or replace just about anything and are ready to help!
"This was one of the worst experiences we have had. We contracted (verbally) with him in May after we received a quote for our projects of $650. He /his assistant did a few projects. He suggested that they come and complete other projects as they had time. We requested they wait until a later date, which was agreeable to them. Once we contacted them again, there was a complete lack of communication and focus on our project. I have text messages that show that he was unresponsive to our communications time and time again. Once he did contact us, he had a huge list of life issues, which were not acceptable as they were his problem not ours (as he agreed). He then set up a final time which he guaranteed but then consequently canceled due to another personal need. I asked for a final itemized bill. When I received it, it was almost the amount he initially quoted. However, the major projects that were quoted were never done. He refused to accommodate this in our bill."
