He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. With how old our house was Terry ran into a number of minor issues that other providers may either A) ignored or B) charged extra for each item. Not only did Terry take care of all these problems, he stuck to his original estimate of work quote. The work was top notch, very much "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right." When we asked for work bids, Terry called us first thing and was there for the estimate in short order. He worked with us to get the Furnace and Water heater that suited our needs/want and quickly adjusted his quote for us. When he ran into unexpected delays with our project, he sacrificed his Saturday to make sure our furnace and water heater were properly installed.
