"I truly cannot say enough about Roman and how professional these guys were. My roof was a real end-of-life eyesore (as we were fairly aware of when purchasing our home). The excellent work they did to replace it will literally influence any future aesthetic updates I plan to make on my home. Their work is quite a game changer, to say the least! Prior to installing my roof, they also did some patch work on it towards the end of 2018 to fix some risky areas to hold things over through the winter. At this same time, my fiance unexpectedly lost a parent and Jon (one of the technicians) was kind enough to still do the work in my absence while being 100% respectful of the situation. They kept me fully at ease and updated during a personality turbulent time. Along with the fair pricing, this kind of professionalism is why I chose Empire. As for the roof replacement, not only was it done at a very competitive price, but the entire crew was extremely efficient in that they completed the whole job in two days! On top of that, they cleaned up the job so well that you would have never even known they were here. At times it was I did not always hear back right away, which was understandable as many home contractors have had a slew of unpredictable factors to deal with this year, including weather. "Perfect Roofing and Siding is correctly named. We checked with four businesses, all established, for quotes. While all were in the same general price range, we went with Perfect as we had seen them do an excellent job on a neighbor's house a year ago. As we compared bids, we found that the shingles were basically the same, based upon internet search result. The prices were comparable, so workmanship is the deciding factor. Carlo was our salesperson, he painted a "rosy" picture with many assurances (what sales person doesn't?), but it turned out to all be true. There is flashing where the previous two roofs had none. Our roof pattern is gambrel with four dormers, so there are a number of challenges and all were met perfectly. Cut lines are clear and precise. Nails, previously exposed, were covered with flashing. "Sins" from a Hardie Board install 10 years ago by a different contractor were fixed. The crew was thorough. They worked clean, there were no surprises. Little things were put back as they were prior to the start of the job. For example, we have a string of Party Lights that edge our patio and are attached to the house, they were disconnected for the job and could have been easily left on the ground, unattached, but no, they were re attached as before without having to point them out. Final payment was not requested until I told Ramses, the owner, that the job was done. I could not have been more pleased. Every assurance made by Carlo was met or exceeded. If you are looking for an installer that can be trusted to do the job and do it well, Perfect Roofing & Siding is your choice."

"I have never been more pleased with a company than this one. We called about water damage to house and when edcarrived he looked at the roof and chimney. He was very honest and professional. Explained to us how the liners we were bad and how the moisture from the furnace was bleeding through the old brick and mortar. He also was able to replace and PERFECTLY match up siding on my house the is at least 20 years old. We also had some shutters that were in the basement that we had bought which I asked him to hang whe they were here. They did the work over two and a half days, cleaned up each day like the was never here.
