"I got a response within minutes of requesting a quote. A time was set up for someone to come out, and they called the day before to confirm. Two of the company's employees came out the day they were scheduled, took photos while up on the roof to show details of the damage and what would need to be done to complete the repairs beyond just covering the damaged areas, which was done that day. Cory went over the details of what would need to be done, the approximate time frame of when the would be done (it has not been done yet), and financing options."

"Vinnie called almost as soon as I had made the request though Anngi. He came that same afternoon, checked out my repair area, went and got shingles and returned that same day to complete the repair. He was fast and efficient. Highly recommend this contractor."

They showed up early, ready to work, extremely professional and friendly, and they went over and above on my roofing repair. I needed several things done including properly reattaching the gutter, replacing missing shingles, putting tanglefoot caulk on my roof to keep pigeons off, checking chimney for any pointing issues, checking roof, fixing apron near gutter.. they did it all, quickly, professionally, and very very well. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Wonderful to find a company that has all the qualities of timelines, quality of repair work, friendliness, honesty, fair price and goes over and above. Thank you Home Advisor for having such a quality company on your site for me to find."

"A professional job was done. The whole process went as agreed in the contract. The whole roof was done in one day. The crew was diligent in there work. I would recommend them to others thinking about a roof replacement. I didn't have a metal roof installed and opted for conventional shingles."

"PPromptly offered a thorough, accurate and reasonable estimate for the roof. Despite weather fluctuations and the holidays, they were out almost every day, going through the long process of stripping off the old slate on a 3 story house. Kept me informed of their progress, took care of tenants' concerns and did a fantastic job on the roof. Hope to use them for the next job.
