"I called Mr. Fisher and left a message and my name phone number. He returned my call in a day or two. I explained the problem. He said he would come out, examine the chimney, and get back with a price. He did exactly as he said. He called back with the price and explained the work that needed to be done. We agreed on a day and time for the work to be done. He and his workman arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. While he was there we also discussed some additional work that I needed done around my windows and my garage. He quoted a price and said he would get back to me as to scheduling the work to be done once he had checked his other commitments. He called me several days later, we set a day and time, and once again he arrived with his workman as he said he would. They worked continuously and cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Working with Fisher Masonry was a very positive experience. They are extremely responsive and punctual. They arrive when they say they will, begin working when they arrive, and continued working until they job was done. They clean up and leave the area clean. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them."

He called me and said he checked it out and was able to tighten it up and straighten the mailbox itself as well. He didn't have to make a second trip back. I never saw Phil. I never met Phil. We never talked cost until the job was done when he called me and said he fixed it. He billed me $60. I thought that was fair since he was honest about not having to make this a bigger replacement project. I inquired what other kinds of work he does. Once booked, communication was top-notch and accommodating as I had already flown to my destination - they allowed for the driver to contact my son to arrange the pickup. After booking for a date in mid-February, I had to make a change to an earlier date. I was impressed that the change order with minimal charge was enabled without a hitch.
