"My neighbors hired Tom to clean their vents. Their recommendations convinced me to call for an appointment. Tom came to clean my dryer vent which was clogged in the wall between the laundry room and the sunroom. At my request, he removed the original flimsy flex line and replaced it with metal. First load of laundry took less than half the time it had been taking! I’m passing his card around in our senior community. Our homes were built 20 years ago and I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of anyone having dryer vents cleaned. I’m going to urge my neighbors to call Tom. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant!"

"<p>They were on time, exactly!</p> <p>They thoroughly cleaned all the branch ducts, while having a vacuum removing the built up debris of hair, dust and mold that they were causing to come loose. </p> <p>Since this is a two story house, the problem was greater than normal. </p> <p>After this was accomplished they proceeded to clean out the cooling/heat exchanger of the heat pump and then the main duct. This they had to cut into, in order to do a through cleaning job. The cleaning was done, then the duct was painted on the inside to prevent reoccurrence of mold and then the access holes were patched over.</p> <p>They did a marvelous job of removing all the product that came out and cleaning up after themselves. </p> <p>I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs this type of work done. </p> <p>They were professional  and knowledgeable on what needed to be done and how to do it. </p> <br />"

"<p>The tune ups/cleaning were done by a younger member of Gentry's staff and I got the impression that he didn't know much beyond the basic tune up although he was very pleasant.</p> <p>I was very glad to have the contract recently when my AC drain line overflowed and I had water spilling out over my kitchen floor and soaking wallboard and baseboards.  The tech who came out around 10:00 at night (I WAS put on a priority basis due to the contract) was very knowledgeable and professional and I wish I'd had him for the tune ups.  Turns out the drain line looked like it hadn't been blown out or cleaned in a long time. That's something I'll be watching for in future cleanings.  He also noticed that the AC was low on coolant and asked if I'd like some added (it was over $100 just for that).  Definitely!  I knew it hadn't been done in at least 10 years and I wouldn't want to run out of coolant THIS summer.</p> <p>The contract is worth having for emergencies.  I wish some of the techs who do the tune ups were more knowledgeable.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
