"When I called, they explained why there would be a 1 week delay before they could come out (I expected them to busy after a hard freeze in the mountains).  Showed up a little late (got lost -- I also expected this in the mountains).  Replaced broken pipes in a VERY constricted crawlspace, stayed until I was satisfied that all water outlets in the house worked (had to go back under the house twice to get it right (did I mention it is a VERY tight crawlspace under a VERY old house with a 70+ year history of being worked on by non-licensed plumbers).  I would/will definitely use them again.

Just purchased a new house.   Supply valves for washing machine were leaking.   Called Peter, he asked me to take a picture of the valve and text it to him.   He called me right back and explained how I could do it myself and save a bit of $$.   The valves were so old, I was not able to get them removed.   Called him back and he came the next morning.    Replaced the valves and also fixed a simply problem with a toilet.  

He gave me some ideas for adding a utility sink and took the time to explain the plumbing in our new house and some issues to look out for in the future.  

I liked the fact that he offered alternatives to a service call and only recommended work that actually needed to be done.
