Square footage initially incorrect and padded with materials they don't provide. Contract should be scrutinized very closely before you sign anything they present to you as any mishaps will be seen as the owner's responsibility and any additional work unforseen will be seen as owner responsibility. Often stated, "I hope we don't find anything else." Salesperson understands and remembers little. Constant address and verbage mistakes by office personnel. Property damaged by roofers. Roofing nails left on the ground in multiple areas. Have to constantly watch for potential flat tires. No insurance, no bueno. Go to a larger reputable company and save yourself any untoward stress and anxiety. "

Alaine stated it is on the contract I signed which was signed in Oct 2023. And they still never finished the job. Buyer beware. It was a nightmare from the word go. The plaster and paint guys left a horrible mess and property was stolen. To which the company said “no way out guys steal”. They wouldn’t even ask/check with them. You really should go with someone else."
