"After reading the many excellent reviews for Arbor Tex both on BBB listing and on Angie's List, we contacted the company for a cost estimate. David responded promptly and arrived later that day to see the trees that needed work done. He pointed out several tree branches that needed more attention in order to shape the trees properly (balanced). Also he advised us us to cut down one large branch with a squirrel nest near the trunk that could eventually rot and fall on the house.  The cost estimate was as we expected, so we agreed on a tentative work day. That day/week we had heavy rain, so he scheduled our trees for a week later. David and his crew arrived that morning as expected and began work on several trees. My wife and I were very pleased with the results later that day.  They carefully cut out all the mistletoe and dead branches out of two trees (they cut out the mistletoe "roots" as required on larger good branches). They cut off the lower branches of a hackberry tree that were twisted and ugly - it looks so much better now than before, as do our other trees now. After their pruning work was done, they carried off all branches, and even raked up the small branches and leaves. In summary, we are very impressed with Arbor Tex, and will highly recommend their tree service to my friends and neighbors.

Mr. Cox was very professional and provided proof of insurance when he arrived on the job. His price was more than fair. He got to our job right away. The crew was on time and worked steadily. All were polite and friendly.

Work was excellent. It was obvious from the way they worked that they knew what they were doing and had much experience. The yard was not huge, so the work crew was very careful to stop street traffic when a tree was about to be felled, just in case. They worked without leaving cans, bottles or other trash and the yard was cleaned up nicely when the job was done.

Entire job was done in 2 days. We are very pleased with the job they did.

Brandon and Justin are the co-owners and came out for the estimate.  They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  Their bid was the second lowest of 5 bids I took and they allowed me to negotiate adding a few trees to remove while leaving their bid price the same.  This was a large project taking two full days of hard work from 4 men to complete.  Cross Tech brought their equipment and a crew of 4.  They arrive a day early (calling to make sure it was ok with me) and they worked hard, fast and efficiently.  Safety was a theme for all their workers. The crew cleaned up the debris as they worked, so the property looked clean and neat even during the job.  They touched base with me throughout the 2-day job but remembered everything we discussed and hit each and every point.  They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it much better than I expected.  It amazed me (and neighbors) how clean they left the work-site (my property looked better after they left than it did before they arrived).  They estimated the work would take tow days and they completed the job within two days and for the agreed upon fee.  The level of respect and honesty from this crew is amazing.  They are kind and very easy to work with.  They listen and they follow through with what they say they will do.    

Cross Tech is basically two young men who are honest and trustworthy and know their profession very well.  They are excellent with tree work and have the equipment they need for small and large jobs.  As they were wrapping up, they hauled some extra dirt to a place they knew I would have to bring the dirt.  They dumped it and leveled it for me saving me about an hour's worth of work.  They did this simply as a courtesy.  They are just starting out and it is truly worth adding them as an estimate as you gather bids.
