"<p>As noted, we elected not to do the work because we would need to wait 9-12weeks for them to begin work and we'd be up against the holidays.  Also, once work began we could not use the bathroom for two weeks; and Got Grout would need 3 visits during that time to complete their work.</p> <p>With that being said, our impression of Got Grout is very positive - details below.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We contacted Got Grout in late September and received a call back the same day and arranged for Josi Kennedy and her husband to evaluate our job and give an estimate.  We needed grout cleaning and minor grout repair as well as recaulking for a hall bath with 4x4 tiles (shower over tub with tile surround and tile floor).   Josi and her husband were prompt, professional, and easy to speak with.  They offered a lot of great information.  In general, they gave us confidence that they could do the job very well.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> When we received their estimate (which was very prompt), the estimate was somewhat short on detail so if we were going to use them, likely we'd have had to ask several questions but I think their answers would likely have satisfied us.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In the end, Got Grout's lead time of 9-12 weeks before starting (because they are busy)  was simply too long so we moved on to evaluate other contractors. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Marble Restoration Company did an outstanding job in restoring our 25 year old marble bathroom. Steve repaired a major crack in the shower bench, cleaned, polished, and re-grouted the well-used shower floor, prepared the space for a new glass shower installation, and polished and sealed the bathroom floor and marble countertop. The result: our bathroom looks better than it did when first installed! Marble Restoration Company was easy to work with and Steve was outstanding; skilled, meticulous, and professional. We highly recommend them!"

"I really don't know how to judge the price because I didn't talk to any other contractors but it seemed fair, given how hard they worked and how good the result was. <br /> Very good work; the floor looked like new when they were done.  This was my master bath, right next to my carpeted bedroom.  They kept the adjoining area perfectly clean.  They gave me advice about cleaning and maintenance.  They are VERY professional.  P.S. - avoid a honed marble floor in a bathroom you actually intend to use, not worth the maintenance, and if you have one, keep it well sealed. <br /> Date is approximate. "Did a great job removing the existing ceramic tiles from my basement kitchen concrete floor, leveling it and installing luxury vinyl floor planking. Also removed carpet from my family room, a bedroom and pantry and installed luxury vinyl floor planking. They completed the work in 4 days. Total square footage of flooring 1,100 square feet. The new flooring looks amazing!"

"I called Len up on Monday, October 23, 2017 and explained what I thought I needed. He said he would be working near me on Tuesday October 24th and could come and take a look around noon. He showed up right on time and explained the tiles were loose and needed more than re-grouting. He explained that more than likely something was wrong with the floor under the tile. He would know more when he took up the tiles. We agreed upon a price and he said they could do the job Wednesday morning, October 25th. Len and Bill showed up at 8:30 Wednesday morning and when he popped up 3 floor tiles he found that the cement board floor needed to be screwed down better. They secured the floor with the proper screws, re-cemented the tiles, and re-grouted with a matching grout. They also put a sealer in the grout to help protect the floor and keep it clean. They were extremely clean and efficient and completed the job in 3 1/2 hrs. I would definitely use VIP Grout & Tile Concepts again."

"I previously used Stanley Steemer in New Jersey but I have moved to Southampton so I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before I moved into my new house. The team from Stanley Steemer arrived within the scheduled window and did a great job cleaning the carpets. We had gotten paint onto one of the carpets so they worked at trying to get most of it out, and really made a great improvement in that room. Because some of the carpets are older they didn't even try to sell me the carpet protector package which I greatly appreciated. I felt the price was fair and will definitely use them again. <br />"
