"The radon mitigation system install was fine but when the sump pump was replaced the technician used a piece of the old pipe which turned out to have a small hole in it. The next time it rained we got a lot of water in the basement. The pipe was replaced very promptly. However, something else was broken so we again had water in the basement. That was also taken care of right away."
