He did the repair, showing me faulty parts and explained the reason to replace as needed. He purchased the parts and both sink faucet and tub faucet work like new. It was done correctly, cleanly, quickly, and was a pleasant experience. I expected the cost to be more than estimated, considering the need for parts, but parts were included. His recommendation was to install a sump pump, and set up a system to pump the water out of the house. He mentioned installing additional drainage options around the window well of the leaky window. I asked about the wall in the garage that was creating the majority of the problem--how would they repair it. He mentioned a few options and stated that he needed to discuss the situation with his team and would get back to me. Took photos and measurements. Was here about an hour documenting all the issues. <br /> A week later Kyle came back with recommendations from the team. There was no mention of repairing the damaged foundation wall. I used another company that rebuilt the wall with cinder blocks and concrete, and sealed up the leaky window. No leaks. No need for a sump pump system. <br /> If you need a sump pump system, I think this company would do an excellent job. Very detail oriented. <br />"

"The report was very professional and detailed. The response was fast. The price was expensive but due to the detail, understandable. I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."

"We had a leak in our basement that ended up being from our water softener, not from the outside, so we did not have Badger Basement perform services for us. However, they sent us a complimentary packet of information about water in the basement, and they were very nice to talk to on the phone. Ron called to confirm the appt. the night before, and arrived on time. He quickly assessed the problem, and even though we did not end up needing their services, he gave me a lot of great advice, and even followed up with a phone call to talk about a few things he thought of on his drive home. I did show him a spot in the basement where did have a minor leak from the outside and he quickly gave me a rough estimate. It was a very small leak and it only happened once during an extremely heavy rain, so we will not be addressing it at this time. But I know I will be calling them if it ever needs to be addressed. Very nice, very professional. We will absolutely work with them in the future, if needed."

"ALTHOUGH JACK SEEMED OVERWHELMED AND HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE ESTIMATE, ONCE HE DID COME, HE SPENT TIME WITH US TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WOULD DO AND ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES HE WAS ABOUT AN HOUR LATE, BUT HE DID CALL TO TELL US. WHEN THE WORKERS CAME TO COMPLETE THE WORK, THEY WERE LATER THAN WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE ON BOTH DAYS (AND DID NOT CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE RUNNING LATE). WE THOUGHT THAT THEY MAYBE COULD HAVE DONE A MORE THOROUGH JOB COVERING OUR STUFF THAT WAS IN THE BASEMENT TO KEEP IT PROTECTED FROM THE DUST, BUT ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT JACK HAMMERING CONCRETE IS MESSY. OVERALL THEY DID A DECENT JOB CLEANING UP THEIR MESS. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALWAYS POLITE, AND COMMUNICATED WELL WITH WHAT THEY WERE DOING AS WELL AS WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING FOR THE DAY. THEY ALSO DID A FINAL WALK THROUGH WITH ME WHEN THEY WERE DONE."

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
