"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "In April 2026, our broken cast iron pipe needed to be replaced, but we didn’t know how extensive the repair would be. From Angi's referrals, we called Full Swing Plumbing who arranged for Nick, one of their plumbers, to come to our house that same afternoon. Full Swing waived the dispatch fee. Nick used his endoscope camera to see the extent of the problem. (They had a coupon on their site which offered this one-time, free service.) After a couple hours, they were able to identify the problem, present a few solutions, as well as a final estimate before they left that day. As always, the technician was friendly, eager to share her knowledge, super careful of our schedules and impact on the condo, appropriately communicative and best of all went above and beyond the call of duty by repairing without additional charge some wiring that had gone astray (costing her an extra half hour on site). Loved her! Boston Standard has not let me down yet -- pretty expensive but so worth it. Completely free of the contractor hassles people are always complaining about.
